Team leader: in forwarding (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• • You will organize our subcontractors' international transport to and from Italy and France.
  • You will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of the employees and for the organization of the team.
  • You act as a reliable and competent contact person for your team members.
  • If problems or difficulties arise, you work with the team to find solutions and support the team members in their further development in order to achieve the common company goals (sales, DB, entrepreneur).
  • You are responsible for the optimal support of existing customers as well as the acquisition and development of new customer contacts.
  • You are responsible for monitoring the achievement of company goals.

  (The remuneration according to the collective agreement for forwarding is EUR 1,803.40 gross per month for 40 hours per week. In reality, however, the salary is based on your performance and, depending on your qualifications and commitment, is significantly higher than the collective wage.)

Prerequisites

• • You have in-depth knowledge of the freight forwarding industry with many years of experience and a functioning network in the greater Innsbruck area.
  • You have experience in personnel responsibility.
  • You are a leader with integrity, a strong hands-on mentality and a willingness to take on responsibility and participate in day-to-day business.
  • You appear confident and are characterized by sound knowledge of conversation and negotiation skills.
  • Determination, initiative, and an independent and proactive way of working are your strengths.
  • You are resilient, have organizational talent, motivated and committed.
