
HR Manager (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- You will take responsibility for all operational and strategic HR issues as well as for the entire recruiting process.
- You support personnel recruitment by, among other things, expanding the employer brand and optimizing personnel requirements and succession planning.
- You are responsible for the conception of development/career planning and further development offers.
- You support and advise all employees on human resources and employment law issues.
- You draft relevant contracts, agreements and other employment law documents.
- You promote constructive and trusting cooperation with management and employees.
- You drive the continuous development and digitalization of HR workflows and work processes.

Prerequisites
- Important: You have already gained professional experience in the freight forwarding industry .
- You are a leader with integrity, a strong hands-on mentality and a willingness to take on responsibility and participate in day-to-day business.
- Structured, independent and committed working methods with high quality standards are your strengths.
- You are a team player with an interest in pioneering work, creative opportunities and innovations in HR topics.
- You are fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
