Transportmanager (m/w/d)

Your tasks

• • You will organize our subcontractors in international transport.
  • You will be available as a contact person for our customers and transport service providers.
  • You ensure that customer requirements are met in a timely and qualitative manner.
  • Your tasks include order entry and placement, freight documentation and the fulfillment of all administrative tasks in transport.
  • You process complaints and monitor transport processes.

  (The remuneration according to the collective agreement for forwarding is EUR 1,803.40 gross per month for 40 hours per week. In reality, however, the salary is based on your performance and, depending on your qualifications and commitment, is significantly higher than the collective wage.)

Prerequisites

• • You have logistical talent.
  • You are fluent in English and ideally also speak Italian and/or French.
  • You have professional experience in the international transport industry.
  • You enjoy communicating with potential customers by telephone.
  • You appear confident and are characterized by sound knowledge of conversation and negotiation skills.
