Your tasks

• • Deployment planning and coordination of our drivers in daily operations
  • Coordination with dispatchers to ensure a smooth process
  • Time slot booking and active timeslot management
  • Contact person for our drivers and our customers
  • Ensuring an efficient flow of information
  • Support with administrative tasks

Prerequisites

• • Training in the field of freight forwarding/logistics or comparable qualification
  • Alternatively: Experience in scheduling, transport or logistics (career changers welcome)
  • Prior experience in long-distance transport (truck dispatching) is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of German and Polish
  • English skills are a plus
  • Organizational talent, strong communication skills and teamwork skills
