Your tasks

• • Scheduling of transport orders, regular tours and additional orders
  • Deployment planning of drivers and vehicles
  • Contact person for drivers (m/f/x) in day-to-day operations
  • Tour support for the entire site fleet
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements in the area of responsibility
  • Compliance with and control of the specified quality and service indicators
  • Responsibility for the accompanying administrative processes
  • Participation, implementation and continuous optimization of the expansion of our transport logistics services

Prerequisites

• • Completed training as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services or completed commercial vocational training
  • First professional experience in transport logistics/scheduling
  • Assertiveness and organizational skills as well as comprehensive thinking and action
  • Independent and self-responsible working style
  • Good IT skills (MS Office, Excel, freight forwarding software)
  • Willingness to work shifts in 3 shifts and be on call on weekends (1-2 times a month)
