Your tasks
- Scheduling of transport orders, regular tours and additional orders
- Deployment planning of drivers and vehicles
- Contact person for drivers (m/f/x) in day-to-day operations
- Tour support for the entire site fleet
- Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements in the area of responsibility
- Compliance with and control of the specified quality and service indicators
- Responsibility for the accompanying administrative processes
- Participation, implementation and continuous optimization of the expansion of our transport logistics services

Prerequisites
- Completed training as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services or completed commercial vocational training
- First professional experience in transport logistics/scheduling
- Assertiveness and organizational skills as well as comprehensive thinking and action
- Independent and self-responsible working style
- Good IT skills (MS Office, Excel, freight forwarding software)
- Willingness to work shifts in 3 shifts and be on call on weekends (1-2 times a month)
