Your tasks

• • Disposition of silo vehicles for international local and long-distance transport.
  • Planning and optimizing tours taking into account factors such as travel times, load and driver availability.
  • Communication with customers, drivers and carriers.
  • Monitoring the transport process and timely response to any disruptions.
  • Creation and processing of freight documents and shipping documents.
  • Close cooperation with scheduling and fleet management.
  • Control and optimization of transport costs.

Prerequisites

• We are looking for a committed and reliable dispatcher (m/f/d) to strengthen our team in Unna.

  
  

  Your profile:

  • Completed training in the forwarding or logistics sector desirable
  • Professional experience in scheduling truck transport is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of German - another foreign language desirable - but not required
  • Confident use of MS Office
  • Teamwork, reliability and independent working style
