  • Development and implementation of individual personnel measures

  • Participation in the optimization and design of personnel processes

  • Expansion of personnel controlling

Prerequisites

• • Completed commercial training with further training as a human resources specialist (m/f/d) or completed studies with a focus on HR/personnel management

  • Sound MS Office knowledge, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Very good knowledge of German and English

  • High degree of initiative, independent working style and assertiveness

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

  • High sense of responsibility and a structured, independent way of working
