Your tasks

• • Monitoring and coordination of inspection/service and workshop appointments, as well as tracking all legally mandated and other vehicle deadlines.
  • Processing repair requests, initiating necessary measures and monitoring them until the vehicle is operational again.
  • Recording, processing and completing repair orders (by phone and system-side)
  • Checking, processing, and handling complaints regarding incoming workshop invoices
  • Ensuring the operational readiness of the required equipment on the vehicles
  • Regular visits to the assigned locations, including internal vehicle checks and the associated reporting, as well as conducting workshop audits.
  • Conducting load securing and leak tests, according to qualifications
  • Training of drivers on new vehicle models

Prerequisites

• • Completed training in the commercial / technical automotive or logistics sector
  • Recent experience in the field of commercial vehicle technology, as well as in the area of hazardous materials, is desirable.
  • Affinity for vehicle technology, especially in the field of hazardous materials (gas technology)
  • Driving licence class B
  • Strong service and customer orientation
  • Good knowledge of the common MS Office applications
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% per month
