
Fleet Manager
Your tasks
- Monitoring and coordination of inspection/service and workshop appointments, as well as tracking all legally mandated and other vehicle deadlines.
- Processing repair requests, initiating necessary measures and monitoring them until the vehicle is operational again.
- Recording, processing and completing repair orders (by phone and system-side)
- Checking, processing, and handling complaints regarding incoming workshop invoices
- Ensuring the operational readiness of the required equipment on the vehicles
- Regular visits to the assigned locations, including internal vehicle checks and the associated reporting, as well as conducting workshop audits.
- Conducting load securing and leak tests, according to qualifications
- Training of drivers on new vehicle models

Prerequisites
- Completed training in the commercial / technical automotive or logistics sector
- Recent experience in the field of commercial vehicle technology, as well as in the area of hazardous materials, is desirable.
- Affinity for vehicle technology, especially in the field of hazardous materials (gas technology)
- Driving licence class B
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Good knowledge of the common MS Office applications
- Willingness to travel up to 15% per month
