Your tasks

• • Dispatching of vehicles in local and nationwide long-distance transport
  • Efficient planning and control of transport orders (high proportion of round trips with fixed shippers) taking into account legal requirements.
  • Communication with our drivers, customers and freight forwarders
  • Creation of freight orders, processing of delivery documents

Prerequisites

• • Completed vocational training as a freight forwarding and logistics clerk (m/f/d) or comparable training is desirable.
  • Professional experience in the dispatching of truck transports is an advantage.
  • Competent handling of large seasonal fluctuations (cargo surplus - cargo space)
  • Teamwork skills, reliability and independent work ethic
  • Excellent communication and expression skills in German; another foreign language is desirable.
  • Confident use of MS Office
