Your tasks

    • Pulling all the stops: You will have overall responsibility for the strategic and operational management of a dynamic team of up to 80 colleagues
    • The goods are the goal: Your main task is to manage and monitor all logistics processes from incoming goods to outgoing goods. You will ensure that all processes are carried out on time, cost-effectively, and in accordance with customer specifications.
    • Setting the course for the future – visionary and at the same time strong in implementation: With your strong leadership skills and your instinct for good ideas, you drive CIP projects forward and set standards in process optimization
    • Keeping an eye on the goal: As a link between your location and management, you develop long-term strategies and actively contribute to the company's goals

Prerequisites

    • Most important requirement: several years of professional experience in the logistics environment and in human resources management
    • At least a completed training as a certified logistics manager (m/f/d) or a completed degree in business administration or business informatics or a comparable qualified training
    • Strong communication skills, a proactive, structured, hands-on working style and a hands-on mentality, which you are happy to demonstrate occasionally on a forklift truck
    • High affinity for using databases, analyzing data and experience in warehouse management systems
    • Experience in project management including leading project teams and sound methodological knowledge in the recording and optimization of processes
