Your tasks

• • You will lead a small, dynamic team of up to 3-5 colleagues to process, book and control our inventory management system.
  • You are responsible for the timely and order-compliant management of the flow of goods from incoming goods through picking to outgoing goods and handling, and you carry out inventories.
  • As a communicator, you form the link between the operational shift managers, dispatch, scheduling and our customers.
  • You build a sustainable, trusting relationship with customers and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • With your hands-on mentality, a valid forklift license and relevant experience, you will work actively in the area and get to know all the processes.
  • As a proactive doer (m/f/d), you create ideas and independently identify CIP projects to improve processes.

Prerequisites

• • The most important requirement is several years of professional experience in the logistics environment and initial experience in personnel management.
  • At least completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d), forwarding agent (m/f/d), logistics manager (m/f/d) or comparable qualification in the field of logistics.
  • You are characterized by a high affinity for the use and analysis of databases (WWS, Excel, Qlik-View/-Sense), the development of key figures, accounting and logistics controlling.
  • You have a structured and independent way of working and strong communication, moderation and presentation skills.
  • With your confident, committed manner, you know how to motivate the team and create a pleasant working atmosphere.
  • A high focus on results, strong implementation skills and willingness to change round off your profile.
