Your tasks

• • Management of five to ten warehouse employees to ensure timely and order-compliant control of the flow of goods from incoming goods through picking to outgoing goods and handling
  • Active participation in all processes
  • Dedicated link between the team management or the operational management of the warehouse management and the dispatch planning
  • Identify problems or process disruptions and propose solutions to improve processes
  • Ensuring compliance with quality criteria, occupational safety, specifications, order and cleanliness in your area

Prerequisites

• • Hands-on mentality, strong communication skills, a proactive, structured, hands-on working style
  • Several years of professional experience in the logistics environment and initial experience in personnel management
  • At least a completed apprenticeship as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d), forwarding agent (m/f/d), logistics manager (m/f/d) or comparable
