Your tasks
Freight forwarding and logistics service specialists are the driving force behind the smooth operations of our company. They ensure that goods reach their destinations on time and efficiently through precise planning, organization, and coordination.
Every six months, you'll rotate between our various scheduling departments and the administrative departments of freight forwarding and logistics. This will give you comprehensive insights into the different areas and allow you to get to know all facets of our company.
- Transport planning and organization: You will learn how to effectively organize and plan transports in Europe and North Africa.
- Customer contact: You will be in direct contact with customers from over 30 countries and maintain these international relationships.
- Laws and guidelines: You will learn everything you need to know about legal requirements and guidelines.
- Warehouse management: You will be responsible for managing our inventory.
- Order processing: You process customer orders and ensure that they are fulfilled on time.
- Customer service: You are an important contact for our customers and help with their concerns.
- Customs clearance: You will learn how to handle customs formalities.
- Cost calculation and billing: You create calculations and take care of the billing of transports.
- Document capture and preparation: You capture and prepare documents for drivers and contractors.
- Buying and selling transport orders and truck space: You will learn how to trade transport orders and truck space.
