Your tasks

• • You will manage and supervise up to 5 warehouse employees and are responsible for the timely and order-compliant control of the flow of goods from incoming goods through picking to outgoing goods and handling.
  • With your hands-on mentality, a valid forklift license and relevant experience, you will work actively in the area and get to know all the processes.
  • As a communicator, you form the link between the team leader or the operational management of the warehouse management and the dispatch planning.
  • As a proactive doer (m/f/d), you uncover problems or process disruptions and propose solutions to improve processes.
  • You ensure compliance with quality criteria, occupational safety, specifications and order and cleanliness in your area.

Prerequisites

• • The most important requirement is several years of professional experience in the logistics environment and initial experience in personnel management.
  • At least completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d), forwarding agent (m/f/d), logistics manager (m/f/d) or comparable qualification in the field of logistics.
  • You have a structured, independent way of working and strong communication skills.
  • With your confident, committed manner, you know how to motivate the team and create a pleasant working atmosphere.
