Your tasks

• • You will lead and be responsible for a small, dynamic team of two colleagues. This department will continue to grow with the construction of a new high-bay warehouse and the centralization of tasks.
  • As the interface between logistics management and the specialist departments, you ensure a smooth flow of information.
  • With your proactive approach, you contribute ideas and independently identify CIP projects to optimize processes.
  • You are responsible for invoicing and allocating incoming invoices to accounts.
  • You are responsible for controlling logistical processes.
  • You will be responsible for purchasing consumables, storage equipment and managing work clothing via an online shop.
  • They coordinate training measures and ensure that occupational safety regulations are properly posted
  • In addition, you will assume responsibility for small projects in the logistics area, from planning and implementation to success monitoring.
  • You will conduct customer discussions, advise on logistical processes and clarify open questions about deliveries, orders and services.

Prerequisites

• • You have completed a degree or comparable commercial training
  • You are familiar with databases such as Excel, Qlik-View or Qlik-Sense and enjoy data analysis
