Your tasks

• • You manage the commercial and technical department of an independent workshop for commercial vehicles
  • You will lead the workshop staff of approximately 12 employees both professionally and disciplinarily
  • You challenge and encourage your employees
  • You coordinate capacities with our major customers, especially the Finsterwalder truck fleet
  • You have experience in the commercial vehicle sector (MAN + DAF) and in the repair of trailers (KÖGEL/KRONE/Schmitz Cargobull)
  • You are responsible for the maintenance of the Finsterwalder car fleet
  • You and your team carry out the calculation of new constructions and repairs
  • You are responsible for maintaining the quality of work and controlling the processes
  • You organize the cost-efficient purchase of spare parts, tires and auxiliary and operating materials
  • You are responsible for inventory
  • You settle the warranty and maintenance services with the manufacturers
  • They ensure the continuous improvement of internal and external customer satisfaction

Prerequisites

• • You have completed training as a mechatronics engineer, further training as a master car mechanic or car technician
  • You have very good professional experience as a workshop manager
  • You are very good with numbers (good business knowledge)
  • You have a lot of experience in managing employees
  • You have a very good understanding of IT
  • You have a strong customer and service orientation
