
Fleet Manager
Your tasks
- You receive damage reports for defective vehicles and organize the repairs .
- You will be responsible for internal and external communication with all stakeholders, such as customers and suppliers.
- You coordinate the inspection plans between the vehicle owner and the customer.
- You assign incoming invoices to the services ordered and are responsible for approving invoices .
- You coordinate the repair and preparation of the vehicles together with the cleaning plants and workshops.
- You manage the rental contracts for our fleet and maintain the vehicle master data .

Prerequisites
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship - career changers (m/f/d) from other industries are also welcome.
- You have positive communication skills with all parties involved, a high level of service orientation and are flexible in dealing with spontaneous changes in day-to-day business.
- Your diligence in order execution and tracking as well as your IT affinity distinguish you.
- You enjoy making independent decisions and working in a team .
- Fluent written and spoken English skills are desirable but not a prerequisite
