Your tasks
Project logistics task:
- Your responsibility is the timely transport of shipments and their monitoring throughout the entire project duration. This includes containers, freight containers, and break bulk; truck and sea transport, inland waterway transport, and occasionally rail transport.
- According to the delivery schedules, you book the required capacities on the respective modes of transport and monitor the interfaces.
- You will be in direct contact with our customers throughout the entire logistics process and will provide them with professional support.
- You request, create and process all documents required for the process.
- Finally, you create the outgoing invoices and check the incoming invoices for their accuracy.
- You will support and expand existing customer and business relationships.
- You will work on the creation of transport concepts and offers and process the tenders.

Prerequisites
- You have completed training as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services or have a comparable qualification.
- You bring with you several years of professional experience and extensive expertise in the field of sea freight export/import FCL/RoRo/break bulk.
- You have fluent German language skills and excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- You are proficient in MS Office (especially Word and Excel).
- You enjoy working in a team and are a strong communicator.
- A strong understanding of numbers, a conscientious and reliable way of working as well as economic thinking and action round off your profile.
