Transport of liquid foodstuffs throughout Europe
A family business with contemporary history.
The year was 1906 when Lettl GmbH was founded as a family business. At that time, milk was still transported by horse-drawn carriages. In 1938, the first Lettl truck could be seen on the roads. But with the war, the truck and driver were requisitioned. But the family business did not want to give up and very quickly acquired a new truck. The years that followed were difficult. Almost everything was transported, from livestock to building materials. The company grew and developed further.
Since 1990, the company has been run by Stephan and Elisabeth Lettl in the 4th generation. In 1999, the company moved into the new, current premises with its own workshop and a truck tank cleaning system for its own and third-party vehicles.
Meanwhile, the sons Stephan and Martin as well as the daughter Sabine Paul are an integral part of the company and continue the success story.
